In January I was shown the actual room we’d be staying in and it was full of damages. Given the fact our lease was up at the end of January and there was limited availability at other places I decided to sign the lease. Upon moving in my sons closet doors have fallen off the racks multiple times. Whenever the neighbors smoke you can smell it and you can hear there conversations clear as day. My bathroom sink had leaking issues causing mold to grow in the sink cabinet.

There’s a lot of other damages that make the apartment unattractive. The price is great for the amount of space it has but this place is old and not taken care of as well as it should and it shows. Availability at other places I decided to sign the lease. So far have had nothing but issues since my Mom moved there. But upon moving in found the pictures and mock apartment are nothing like the real apartment. The pools are drained and dirty, the grounds are kept up without much issue.

My dishwasher has backed up multiple times whenever I wash dishes in the sink and when they come to fix it there’s no difference after. Because of the foul odor the backed up water gave off in the washer it attracted roaches. I bought dishwasher cleaning packets and it helped limit the smell. My bedroom ceiling had water leaking and all they did was paint over it making the corner of the ceiling look horrible.
